This intensive, practical, results‑driven Public Speaking & Presentation Skills is a 2‑day course that equips individuals with psychology and neuroscience‑informed techniques, rhetorical devices, and performance practice to speak with confidence, clarity, and influence. Combining concise, evidence‑based theory with extensive hands‑on practice, participants learn audience analysis, anxiety management, pitching, storytelling, speechwriting, and persuasive frameworks. Training also covers delivery skills: voice, projection, pacing, pauses, body language, and effective visual design, plus structured evaluation to improve presence, persuasion, and presentation design.


Designed for working professionals and executives, the program emphasizes and develops public speaking, presentation, sales, and communication skills. Learners gain the ability to speak and present professionally, convey ideas effectively, and sell an idea persuasively. The program delivers measurable improvement through experiential learning: hands‑on practice segments, coached practice, peer and trainer feedback, dynamic speech evaluation, video review, iterative adjustment, a final practical presentation, a written assessment, and an action plan. Currently, our coaching approach is mainly client-centered, whilst tending towards various approaches and tools such as the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment tool which compliments Core Energy Coaching and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Beyond traditional talk therapy, We integrate techniques from different modalities to create a holistic approach. ABOUT THE TRAINER

Melissa Loh is a specialist trainer and coach in public speaking, rhetoric, debate, and a certified mental‑wellness practitioner. She transforms individuals into confident, persuasive communicators and resilient leaders by applying psychology and neuroscience-informed techniques to reduce performance anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation, and drive measurable improvements in communication, presence, clarity, influence, and performance.


Melissa holds a Diploma and a BA in Psychology and is completing an MSc in Psychology. She is ACLP‑certified as a Trainer & Facilitator, ICF‑credentialed as a Professional Coach, a Certified Mental‑Wellness Coach, and an MOE‑registered instructor, and holds a Certificate in Rhetoric: Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking.


She designs high‑impact, practical programmes that translate theory and research into skill‑building grounded in core psychological principles and evidence‑based methods. Delivered through concise theoretical framing, demonstration, coached rehearsal, and targeted one‑to‑one coaching, her approach includes CBT, solution‑focused practice, metacognitive strategies, and neuroscience‑informed techniques for emotion regulation, persuasive devices (ethos/pathos/logos), structured argumentation (PEEL, 5W1H, HPSCA), storytelling, and presentation design.
